Rittenhouse = messiah complex gone bad

I suspect he will attain a felony conviction for the weapon possession charge for one thing, but I do not believe any police department would touch him with a ten foot pole even if he is acquitted.

weapon possession under the age of 18 in WI is not a felony, as long as it's a rifle..........I thought you said you were a lawyer????????

Why, he was never a police officer, and Rittenhouse is not Hastings.

You weren't being specific when you said a conviction, or even a court case, could hamper future careers.....I simply showed you that this is not the case.....don't try to focus on a specific aspect that you weren't centered on to begin with in order to make your self right

don't do that........you claim to be a lawyer, so you should be intelligent enough to research a topic before you comment on it...........especially law........I expect better of you

Sorry, I am human, and when discussing here, I make assumptions.

It can, and it could have hampered Hastings career, he had unique circumstances that Rittenhouse does not have. For one thing Hastings was very intelligent.

or, more likely, he had political connections...........you say you know the man.....you should also know the circumstances........

so you're statement about a case having an impediment on a career was less than truthful

No, I still believe it is, especially in this case. It was an impediment to Hastings, but he was able to get past it. I do not believe Rittenhouse would, and I do not believe most people would.

Convicted of legally owning a rifle?
