The judge is absolutely unfair. The kid will get off if he has his way.
explain why you think he is unfair

His father lives there and he is there very frequently. So yes its his community. His community was not in Wisconsin. It was across state lines in Illinois over 20 miles away
Because he isn't putting his thumb on the scale for the prosecution.explain why you think he is unfair
Rittenhouse was 18 and wanted to stop his community from being burned to the ground. He is obviously a terrible person. Huber, Rosenbuam the child rapist and one bicep guy wanted to burn Kenosha down obviously they are Saints.
Did they ask to have their business burned. Have you no sense of civic duty? Have you ever picked up litter before did you require an invitation to pick it up. When I go camping I always try to pack out more trash than I pack in. No one asks me to do it.Did the owners ask or hire him to protect their properties?

It is not relevant.Answer my question instead of deflecting.
No, he was commissioned as an officer, had he not accepted he would have been drafted. He preferred not to go.

can a single building set on fire destroy a city, or at least a community?
Huh?
What about all the fine young men that want to go? They are guilty of the same thing that you accuse Kyle of: "clearly desperate to be the big hero".
it's actually quite simple. lets see if you can follow. rittenhouse said he went to go protect property............same as his community......can a building, on fire, escalate in to more buildings and perhaps a small community or an entire city?
I understand that. What I am not understanding why you would ask me that question that has nothing to do do with my question. It's a non sequitur.
not a non sequitur at all................rittenhouse went up there to protect property.......his fathers community.............so by proxy, protecting private buildings from being arsoned is much the same thing
Kyle used a fire extinguisher too. Rosenbaum was an arsonist. He is no longer starting fires. However he may be on fire. That is what fire extinguishers are for. Bullets don't take out fires.

are you being obtuse again? bullets can stop those wanting to start fires.......too bad nobody shot mrs. O'learys cow before it knocked over that lantern
So firefighters should start carrying rifles?
