Republicans force women to wait until they are on the verge of death

Not democracy. Democracies have no constitution.

Yes, we have a Constitutional Republic form of government. This S.C. ruling shows the power of the people... a way of governing which depends on the will of the people (the definition of democracy).

The Justices at the S.C were nominated and confirmed by the majority party and their decisions reflect the views of the justices and those in the Senate that we elected.

Will of the people is shown by allowing each state legislator (elected by the people) to decide the matter.

The egregious part of this entire matter is the fact that tens of millions of unborn infants were murdered using a false interpretation of the Constitution, eg. that there is an enumerated right to abortion in the Constitution. There was no Constitutional right and there is no Constitutional right.

There haven’t been elections since this became law.

Michigan has a new referendum on abortion rights on the ballot.......if it passes abortions will be constitutionally legal up to the moment of birth........the state will be barred from setting health and safety regulations for abortion clinics.......the state will be barred from requiring that people who perform abortions be medically trained......children will be allowed to have abortions without parental consent regardless of how young they are........good job, Draconian lib'ruls.......

They could have induced labor. It wasn't necessary to kill the baby to get it out.

A dead fetus can cause all sorts of trouble in a woman's body. Just think about having a corpse inserted in your body. It will definitely cause a severe infection, and will probably cause massive blood loss.

Remember that late term abortions are illegal under Roe v. Wade, with a few extreme exceptions. If you had evidence that doctors were ignoring the extreme exceptions, you could have prosecuted the doctors... But no such evidence.

Now that Roe v. Wade has been overturned, each state is allowed to decide whether they want late term abortions at will.

Babies cannot be in the womb. Babies by definition are born.

You want to compare turtles to women? I have never heard of a turtle being arrested for anything, much less destroying its eggs. I am not even sure how that would work. I guess we are all forced to be pro-turtle choice.

These white christian nationalist don't realize not all believe what they believe

Does Jewish law assert that it is possible to murder a fetus? No, Jewish law does not
consider a fetus to be alive. The Torah, Exodus 21:22-23, recounts a story of two men who
are fighting and injure a pregnant woman, resulting in her subsequent miscarriage. The verse
explains that if the only harm done is the miscarriage, then the perpetrator must pay a fine.
However, if the pregnant person is gravely injured, the penalty shall be a life for a life as in
other homicides. The common rabbinical interpretation of this verse is that the men did not
commit murder and that the fetus is not a person. The primary concern is the well-being of
the person who was injured.

According to Jewish law, is abortion health care? Yes, Jewish sources explicitly state that
abortion is not only permitted but is required should the pregnancy endanger the life or health
of the pregnant individual. Furthermore, “health” is commonly interpreted to encompass
psychological health as well as physical health. NCJW advocates for abortion access as an
essential component of comprehensive, affordable, confidential, and equitable family
planning, reproductive, sexual health, and maternal health services.

What does Jewish law say about the rights of the person who is pregnant and the
rights of the fetus? Judaism values life and affirms that protecting existing life is paramount
at all stages of pregnancy. A fetus is not considered a person under Jewish law and therefore
does not have the same rights as one who is already alive. As such, the interests of the
pregnant individual always come before that of the fetus.
