Republicans force women to wait until they are on the verge of death

An abortion is ending a pregnancy. A fetus can be dead, and the pregnancy will continue. Or the fetus can be unviable, and the pregnancy will continue. Almost always when talking about late term abortions (which you brought up) the fetus is at least unviable, and more often than not, actually dead. Which is to say that it cannot be murder.

The worst you could make it is desecrating a corpse. There are religions that would rather let a person die than desecrate a corpse, but I do not believe in that. Desecrate the corpse of a fetus all you want if it saves a woman's life.

If the baby is already dead, why the need to crush its head, Walter?

When the fetus is not moving(dead), it will often get stuck in the birthing canal. At that point, the doctor has two choices, either crush the fetus's head, or break the woman's pelvis. Breaking the pelvis can tear a dozen main arteries that all need to be repaired, and can take months to recover from. It is also possible there would be no recovery.

This is a tough decision, but it is a medical decision. You do not seem to understand the most basic parts of the decision, so should you really be making the decision.

If you believe that doctors are doing this as an elective surgery, then even under Roe v. Wade that is a felony. You should try to prove that, instead of killing women on the off chance that it is not a life or death situation.

I didn't make the decision, Walter, the Supreme Court did.

It was the right decision.

The Supreme Court has not changed its decision on late term abortions.

I did not say they did, Walter.

I said...'I didn't make the decision, Walter, the Supreme Court did.

It was the right decision.'

Surely (Shirley) you do not dispute the fact that there never was an enumerated right to abortion? Surely?

All of those murdered babies ...done so under the false interpretation that there is a Constitutional enumerated right to abortion.

The Grand Architect will not look down with favor on this abomination.

Babies cannot be in the womb. Babies by definition are born.

You want to compare turtles to women? I have never heard of a turtle being arrested for anything, much less destroying its eggs. I am not even sure how that would work. I guess we are all forced to be pro-turtle choice.
"“I was struggling enough with the news that I was going to have to lose my daughter,” Amanda said." Ao Amanda and her husband did, indeed, recognize their baby daughter...What a sad loss...and a tragedy.... To wait three days to have surgery that resulted in the loss of a child would be terribly difficult...there are always many risks in any surgery and there may have been more than violation of the abortions laws considered....But, the bottom line remains...she tragically lost a child....

Children are by definition already born, so no children's lives have been saved.
Besides, most of the tough cases involve nonviable fetuses, so they will never be children.

If saving fetuses is important, you would want to invest heavily in prenatal care. Millions of fetuses die every year for lack of prenatal care.

Semantics fallacy. Did you know that you cannot have a child you aborted???????!? Killing a fetus for the sake of convenience is murdering a human being, dumbass. It is murdering your own offspring. It is sick.

Late term abortions are almost always done on nonviable fetuses. In fact, the majority of the time, the fetus is completely dead.

Let's move on to a hypothetical. Picture you and me in a building, which unfortunately collapses. If I die, with my corpse on top of your still live body, I want everything to be about saving your life. Destroy my corpse anyway that will save your life.

Likewise, with a dead fetus stuck in a woman's birthing canal, I have no problem with crushing a corpses skull to save a living woman. It is better than breaking her pelvis, and trying to sow together a dozen major arteries before she bleeds to death.

Now you're just making shit up again.

The jokers on the Supreme court are relics of Medevil times. The GOP has taken us backwards. We are worse off as a nation because of trump and his cowardly followers.

Illitercy: Proper nouns are always capitalized. Common nouns are only capitalized if they are the first word of a sentence. Misspelling.
Logic errors: Void comparison. Base rate fallacy. Illiteracy of history. Attempt to assign extreme lifespan. Extreme argument fallacy. Insult fallacies. No argument presented. Trolling.

Special pleading fallacy, used to justify murder for the sake of convenience.

About once a week, we see another woman's life being risked due to draconian abortion laws, and only about one tenth of the final abortion laws are in place. Not to mention for every one we hear about there are dozens that are kept secret.
They could have induced labor. It wasn't necessary to kill the baby to get it out.
