Release the tape!!!

Haha you are so stupid you are calling bullshit on the the FACT that even a blown up ship might have serviceable weapons still on it?

That is too funny.

The US code is crystal clear so i assume you would not be dumb enough to call bullshit on that.
I have no way of knowing which is your problem, idiocy or lying.....we are neck deep in both this deeply into this nasty dark age.

ok, so you are sticking to 'it is impossible for a destroyed ship to still have an serviceable weapons on it or in it', got it.

Moving on, from your painfully stupid non point.

Judge Napolitano today says that after the murder of the two survivors there was another case where there were survivors.....this time our military rescued them and then called DOJ asking what to do with them.....DOJ said that since there was no evidence of a crime they had to be sent home......and they were.

My bet is they were not collecting anything, and that is part of the reason we will not see the video.
Your bet was that we'd never get a vote on the Epstein files and look where that got you. At some point I think we'll see the video. We know what the Admiral said... And we know what the JAG said.

What would "Collecting" mean in this instance?

If your boat is blown up in the middle of the ocean, will gather and cling to anything that is managing to float and has any buoyancy. Your burning ship you are clinging to might have enough it survive the fire that you can continue to use it but that is not guaranteed.

If the cocaine is packaged in a way that it has air trapped in side, and you can cling to it, or gather it together to make some form of flotation device you will do it.

Your goal will be to try and pull together as much stuff as possible and get as much out of the water as possible knowing with so many dead bodies floating in pieces nearby, sharks will be incoming.
The video would clarify, if they were holding on to a floating package of cocaine, or making a raft out of it.... not collecting for future distribution.

HOWEVER, I do not think collecting it would make them elegable to be killed under the Rules of Conduct. They are in fact shipwrecked.

The UNODC report shows that a majority of the coca bush, from which cocaine is derived, was cultivated in Colombia, followed by Peru and Bolivia. The report also shows that most of the main routes of cocaine trafficking in 2023 and 2024 into the US passed through Colombia, Peru and Ecuador, rather than Venezuela.

Venezuela is used as a “transit corridor” for some Colombian cocaine moving into the eastern Caribbean, Regilme said. “But the dominant maritime pathway for US-bound cocaine remains the Eastern Pacific into Mexico and Central America, where the largest interdictions occur. Recent seizures underscore that pattern.”

I lost the epstein bet, and was glad of it.

We might see the video, when it will distract from something worse than what it shows, but I kinda doubt it.

If it helped TACO's argument, it would be on a loop at foxnews.com. RIght now the issue is distracting from the made up affordability issue, and the upcoming deadline on the epstein file release.

I do not believe that pure cocaine is buoyant, (it is negatively buoyant, I checked)... I wonder what drug they were bringing that held enough buoyance that they could create a raft from it? I mean, some air in the packaging might make it float, but hold weight? I doubt that. The negative buoyance isn't super strong, it doesn't sink like a rock, but it certainly isn't holding the packages up...

Maybe it was Marijuana... that is buoyant. Crack cocaine is slightly buoyant...

If they would release the video, we (the voters) would know.

Your point eludes me.

You are now stranded in the ocean on floating debris, some of which is burning (the ship) and may still sink.

If the cocaine is managing to float due to how it is packaged with air trapped, of course you would try and gather it, and any thing else that could help you float. Watch the Titanic movie as that is a real portrayal of what floating ship wrecked people would do, in terms of grabbing anything and everything that floats and trying to turn it in to a raft and getting as much of your body out of the water as you can. A shark attack coming soon is a very real in that spot, with the ocean chummed with scattered, blown up body parts and blood.

But how do you think you could tell if they were gathering to make a raft (for flotation) as opposed to future distribution use as i cannot imagine how you could discern that???

But yes, we agree, killing them is not an option either way. There have been veterans and lawyers speaking about planes being shot down, in wars and the pilots bailing out with parachute, carrying their gun. You can BET that if those pilots hit the ground in friendly territory amongst friendly forces still fighting, those pilots will be using those guns to fire on enemies.

EVEN WITH THAT, it is still against the military code to shoot those parachuting while they are in the air. Even if you know they have a gun on them, as they always do.

Yup cocaine would really only be buoyant if packaged in a way to maybe make it look like something else and then air gets trapped in that packaging.
