relative spending for walker recall

I've almost lost track of what we were originally discussing. To me DQ complained about the money spent on the recall recall election etc. I'm simply stating at the end of the day the two parties spent essentially the same on the total recall. DQ said citizens united caused this high amount of spending. I would argue it was the importance of what it stood for that got both sides fired up.
What you're saying it said is untrue. Please cut and paste the information that you are 'quoting'...Thx.

I LOVE corporations - worked for them my whole life, and made more than your paltry million.

But, I don't love my politicians in their pockets.....
I've made way more than a million, a million is what I saved!
Your a crybaby, flat out.
Both sides made thier case, unions got rejected.
Buggy whips used to be relevant too!

So the libtards re saying the more people heard the anti union bloated benefits message the more they liked it.
I agree

dunceler doesn't understand the difference between making a million dollars over your lifetime and HAVING/SAVING a million dollars over your lifetime.

like you said, dunceler has zero concept of economics.

I notice it didn't bother to note the minimum amount spent by detracting independent groups. It also didn't include the money spent by the unions on their candidate (who lost to Barrett eventually), as well as what each of Walker's eventually losing opponents also spent trashing the Governor.

It was talking about the Walker/Barret recall race...I seriously doubt the difference would have been significantly different but whatever. I don't know why they didn't include independents...who would they be? Are they're pac's for independents that are organized by CATO?

No, I do. I was kind of shocked when Tops said he only had a million saved the other day.

The way he talks on here, I thought he had real money.

You still seem mad, btw. You mad?

They included the independent organizations that promoted Walker, they just simply didn't report at all on the other side of that same fence. By simply not mentioning it they made it seem as if millions that were unaccounted for in their list didn't happen...

Huge chunks of money that was spent trashing Walker in ads was unaccounted for because it was spent on another D candidate or by independent orgs (which they list if they spent "for" Walker)...

They just glossed over what they didn't want you to see, they understand that most people who want to believe that Walker "outspent" Barrett will take this as gospel without thinking of the money he had to spend against all those opponents as well as their independent orgs (which, again, they mention "for" but not those that spent "against" Walker...)

Unaccounted for? You have different stats?

They aren't listed there... If you take all the money they list and subtract it from the number they list as the guesstimated total, they are missing close to $30 million. They glossed over the stuff they knew you didn't want to hear. That $30 Million was spent on stuff that was anti-Walker... They just don't list it at all.

Just taking the stats given you can simply read what they did. They mention independent orgs "for" Walker, but gloss over indepedent orgs "against" Walker (for Barrett). They only list the last candidate standing, ignoring millions spent on other candidates eventually defeated (anti-Walker, not necessarily pro-Barrett)...

It doesn't take more than logic and an open mind to simply read what was provided and note these discrepancies.

They want you to believe that they had no shot at winning because they were outspent, but they do it by simply not listing a bunch of stuff spent "for" the effort to remove Walker.

Well, I'm not Einstein or Hawking or anything. I'm smarter than you, though.

i know, you are so smart. 6 posts = obsessive, but your undying love for me is not. you have posted dozens of posts in response to me, after i asked you not to and you claimed you "tried" not to...... yet, you don't believe that is obsessive. you believe big money buys EVERY election...yet meg whitman proved you're full of shit. you can't help yourself little buddy, you are obsessed with me, obsessed with trying to convince others how smart you....
