Yes, I am certain that the disclaimers about open enrollment made Hispanics, Asians, NAs and Whites all quite comfortable about looking to join the African American Lunch Bunch.

Just as the same disclaimer written for membership requirements of the Caucasian Breakfast Coalition would result in Blacks lining up at the doors to get in.
