It doesn't matter the motive. Hillary won Virginia which has voter ID laws so to suggest that voter ID laws somehow cheat democrats just simply isn't supported by facts on the ground.
Fact is she lost votes, not that she lost the election.That was meaningless.

You have no way of knowing that. Virginia is now a blue state in national elections. She won by over 200K votes with almost 2% higher turnout than the election before. There simply is no indication that the Virginia ID law cost her a single vote.
