No. No one else has the right to TELL a woman that she must take that risk. The size of that risk has nothing to do with it. It is a valid risk. It is her decision.

And she DOES have the choice so there's no 'blaming' a fetus or her behavior. Is the sperm donor risking his life?

So you didnt tell me...why does the fetus's right to life supersede the woman's when her life is in danger? (which you quoted earlier implying it's acceptable. It certainly is even for most pro-lifers. And in instances of rape or incest too. WHy is it ok then?)

Ariel Castro made one of his captives miscarry five times by beating and starving her. Yet when he was caught, Ariel Castro was charged with four counts of kidnapping and three counts of rape. Maybe you can explain why five counts minimum of murder weren't added to the charges.

Well Boah for you. You have right to be stupid. If I'm told by a physician that that the baby my wife is carrying has acute hydrocephalus...she's getting an abortion. A dead childs bad enough...a dead wife is worse.

the risk was taken when she GOT pregnant.....no one told her she had to take it......however, its dishonest to claim that carrying the child to term is a greater risk than having an abortion......

I'm not claiming greater or lesser...I'm saying it's her choice to have sex and her choice to take the risks of sex. As you say...the abortion is risky too.

These risks are NOT for ANYONE else to force on her. They are her decisions. It is not up to you or anyone else to tell her what risks to take. Wow, talk about a nanny state!

And if the fetus's rights dont supersede the woman's, then stop insisting the fetus is more important than the woman's choices.
