Penske Shuts Down Texas MAGA Moron

Apparently you missed the part where he had covered the vehicle with stickers and banners proclaiming his intent and expressing his views, which the company's statement said did not coincide with theirs.

My guess is he ignored those facts and is thinking that the renter had every right to take the owner's truck and get it impounded in Washington DC.

Ah yes. The old "I paid for it so I can do whatever the fuck I want with it" myth.

Exactly! That RW myth. Of course, if the driver was a fucking Liberal driving it for an Antifa/BLM protest, Gardner would support the owners to take their truck back by force and shoot the commie lib.

A rube renting a truck pretending to be a trucker

Real truck drivers cannot afford to waste fuel on this stupid protest. Canada with its much more generous welfare system, was, at first, willing to pay some truck drivers to be lazy, but not the USA.

I see a major lawsuit in Penske's future...

I see a lot of fundraising for a lawsuit in the alt right's future... And then the actual lawsuit being laughed out of court. There is no requirement for Penske to give trucks to people, or to ignore the contract that Sandberg signed.

This is classic. A Texas MAGA moron was on his way to protest fictional mask mandates, CRT, and who knows what else when his truck was remotely shut down by the owner.

[h=1]Texas activist driving to Washington, D.C. for convoy protest left stranded by truck owner[/h]

The MAGAT GOP sucks which has turned many morons traitor who are too stupid and weak minded to avoid getting the MAGA brainwashing affect.

They'd have to prove his intent.

A signing a contract is considered proof of intent. Sandberg would have to prove the signature was given under duress... And even there, it would just void the contract saying they can get the truck back any time they want. Voiding the contract gets their truck back anyway.

He might be able to get back his rental fees, if he made a good faith attempt to return the truck. It certainly does not sound like he made a good faith attempt to return the truck.

He can make up all the losses with a GoFundMe page fleecing RW suckers. Millions of people giving even a dime each is a great little bonus. 10,000,000 suckers giving 10 cents each to one asshole is $1,000,000...if he's smart he'll invest it in a little studio and become a RW nutjob YouTube star. Same thing, making money off fans.

He is obviously not a truck driver, so he needs to get income somehow... Mostly from fleecing idiots.

Just because it's the Internet Age in the 21st Century doesn't mean there aren't suckers still being born every minute.

I'll bet there was plenty of GOFUNDME money for them.

Sucks to be them in the future. Americans are not going to put up with bullshit like this. You think that they are? Good for you. Good luck with that.
LOL. Each year, more companies opt to rent trucks rather than own/service their own fleet.
