Some counties in West Texas are making it illegal to use the roads to assist a woman in getting an abortion even if she is traveling to a state where it is legal. They know it would be unpopular to actually punish the woman getting the abortion, so they punish somebody else involved (doctor, person assisting.).

That person may be FORCED to either use them or pay for storage for them forever, or at least until they die and their estate is dispersed so they cannot be sued.
