This is meant to be really, really, really, really good satire, right?
"Hey we didn't totally screw everything up...just most everything".
How so? Be specific and spare me the moronic leftist talking points list.
It's obvious you are ignorant of the definition of Fascist.
How does the system LET people become wealthy? How is having wealthy people a bad thing?
This screed made ZERO sense. Let's tackle this from a different angle; what is preventing anyone in this country from making more or doing more?
OP has made the incorrect assumption that others having wealth has prevented him from having more.
Reaping the benefits like a good little socialist.
OK Boomer...you're welcome for the socialism, paid by people currently working, so you can go on anonymous message boards and posture.
You nailed it right there...I think it's also fear of self-confrontation mixed in a cocktail with entitlement and laziness;

That's another issue, self-confrontation. Since the Boomers are older, it's harder for them to admit when they're wrong. They've had these beliefs for around forty years, their politics have become part of their identity. Whereas a Millennial or a Zoomer is still young enough that this hasn't happened yet. This is part of why the country keeps moving to the Left. Each generation is open to change, becomes liberal, gets old, becomes close-minded and scared of changed, then the next generation becomes the new Liberals.
Indeed.OP has made the incorrect assumption that others having wealth has prevented him from having more.
Anyone want to take a swing at this softball about how or why the Boomers are just the fucking worst?
Cause, I got plenty to say about it, but I think it would be neat if others chimed in with their reasons for why Boomers are just the fucking worst.
"You're just jealous" is a convenient and lazy way to avoid admitting that you were suckered by the Prosperity Gospel and it's too late to admit it because you burned all your capital arguing in its defense.
There is no economic argument against taxing the wealthy to pay for things like health care and education. Instead, there are emotional arguments meant to manipulate by playing on emotions like jealousy and resentment. It's hard for highly emotional people like that to distinguish between the economics and the emotion; for them, everything is guided by their emotions. Specifically, self-preservation...which is inherently a Boomer trait. "I got mine so fuck you", "greed is good", "he who dies with the most toys wins" are how Boomers fucked everything up.
Then why do you insist on making it easy for them to get guns?
