Oh, so you wanted a quid pro quo?

Smart people, good citizens, and clear-thinking minds examine and weigh all the evidence, consider the facts, deliberate, get their ducks lined up, and come to a reasoned conclusion in due course. There is no reason to leap to a procedural vote until the process is completed.

Obviously, I understand this is a foreign concept to conservatives who are ever so quick to leap out of their chairs to latch onto any conspiracy theory, from Climate Gate, to Hillary Clinton running a human trafficking gang out of a pizza parlor, to Barack Obama being a covert Kenyan-Muslim-Marxist.

Pure comedy. Watching the disgraced degenerate Cypress talk about 'clear-thinking minds'. His delusions of grandeur so well known on this board.

Cypress wouldn't know a 'fact' any better than Desh and Garud. He is a pure partisan hack. He will believe whatever his masters tell him to believe. He hasn't had a thought of his own since he was indoctrinated into the cult decades ago.

Trump is whistling past the graveyard, none of the GOP senators are saying shit, quite as church mice trying to stay in office

he's already gone and I doubt he knows it

Madam Speaker does not take orders from Trump boot-lickers or from TV game show hosts posturing as presidents.

It may be worth if for you to note that your President is personally and directly responsible for the Republican Party losing control of the House of Reps.

I think the odds are increasingly good that your President will personally cost you the Senate and the White House as well
do you understand this?

"The critical determination comes to the speaker about whether or not to forward it,"

^ that means forward it for consideration - a vote

Pelosi is not following precedence -why do you defend a dictatorial action in the People's House?

You know how bad it is when people are nostalgic for GWB. Yikes, I’m not with that crowd, but some are there.

So far, Bush the Dumber is the worst President of my lifetime because of 9/11, the Iraq War, and the economic collapse. Trump hasn't reached those levels, yet. But anyone who is nostalgic for Bush should remember that he lied us into two wars of occupation, erased budget surpluses, and utterly destroyed the economy.

So what happened is that you got all bent out of shape and frustrated that no one buys your bullshit, so you foist an impossible task on us which gives you the cover to slink away from this shady and weak defense of Trump's treason.

Projecting again; the only one bent out of shape are liars like you who appear to be fact challenged and incapable of thinking for yourselves. ;)

never seen less of an ex-president, may as well be in exile

ROFL...i do have real life things to accomplish on occasion.

No, you ducked out of the debate you were in the middle of because you realized that your argument was horseshit...so you decided to foist an impossible task on those with whom you were debating. This has nothing to do with "real life things", as you've continued to post even after, ad nauseum.

Just saying that it's not a quid pro quo doesn't mean it isn't.

If you rob a bank and say "it's not a bank heist", it's still a bank heist.

I have no idea WTF you are talking about. "The moving finger writes, and having writ moves on."

I have to go to a work related meeting now is that OK with you?

In one exchange dated Sept. 9, in a text Taylor sent to Sondland, the career diplomat says, "I think it's crazy to withhold security assistance for help with a political campaign."

Sondland responds: "Bill, I believe you are incorrect about President Trump's intentions. The President has been crystal clear no quid pro quo's of any kind."

Yeah...IMPEACH the POTUS FOR NOTHING....that'll workout great for you and the rest of the LYING LEFT.....

Did you know, that was only after Trump found out about the whistleblower complaint?

^^Moron thinks 9-11 was Bush's fault. ^^Moron blames Bush for the mortgage metldown as a result of Democrtic policies. ^^Moron thinks Saddam Hussein is blameless in Iraq and that a majority of Democrats didn't vote FOR it.

"...Heard from White House-- assuming president Z convinces trump he will investigate/ "get to the bottom of what happened" in 2016, we will nail down date for Visit to Washington. Good luck! See you tomorrow- Kirt"

Its Madam Speakers call. That's the rules.

I find your concern about having a vote to test the popular will to be disingenuous.

You have spent two years defending a president who fluked into office against the will of the voters, and you have steadfastly defended the GOPs complete iron-fisted control over the federal government even as the American voter routinely voted in the majority or plurality for Democrats.

You simply do not have a leg to stand on when you wail about needing a vote to test the popular will
