Thats a typical left wing sense of business you got there sport. If less people are willing to purchase and more insurance carries will be allowed to cross state lines void of any government mandated lobby appointed monopoly....the cost will GO DOWN not up, as the people now have a choice. If you are young and don't think you need a Cadillac coverage....you will be able to purchase catastrophic coverage with a high deductible and up to a million dollar coverage for a few bucks a month....while you save money in your privately controlled health care savings trust, established by the American Health Care Act...for normal illnesses and use. You will not have to run to the ER every time you get a tooth ache and demand some type of tax payer funded pain killers....that would cost the tax payer about 2k per visit.
Once the physician's offices begin losing customers because they can no longer bilk Uncle Sam with overpriced billing....the average cost will soon go down as well. Welcome to the world of supply and demand....not an artificial chronie capitalism driven by lobby dollars and corrupt politicians.
Next. The drug industry needs an attitude adjustment. Do you know how much more Big Pharma made under Obama Care care than before the act became law? They went wild with the overpricing as it was uncontrollable....hitting the people most who could least afford the cost hikes....those who are ill and needed the med's to live....its either pay up or die.

Do you really know what Jesus said concerning the Poor? His service to the poor was of a spiritual nature....his duty was not to feed the poor as the poor will be with you "ALWAYS". In fact Jesus openly chastised the poor who followed after Him when He feed the multitudes with the loaves and fishes....He said, in a paraphrased manner, " You follow Me...not because of the words and teaching you hear concerning your eternal salvation of your spirit....but you follow me seeking to get food again that will perish along with your physical body."

Jesus purpose as God incarnate on earth was not to serve the physical body...but to teach the truth, THE GOSPEL as delivered from Heaven. His service to the poor was to teach the Gospel -- Luke 7:22
Jesus Chastised the 5000 poor He had feed for following Him only for the food. -- John 6:26-27
Thus its not the church's duty to serve the poor....its up to the individual single members to have charity upon those they know needs the help...its called compassion. The Church that Christ constructed....was to spread the Gospel. Once that gospel truth is accepted then Christian compassion can be exampled by every member of that church...if they are truly Christian.
In any many other than the opposite which is what she did in the entire thread.

You see, when it comes to Healthcare, the Government already takes care of everyone, but before Obamacare, they did it in a very inefficient way that shifted the costs to others in an uneven and very unfair way, if we repeal Obamacare we will go back to that, if we improve it maybe we wont. If we go to single payer it will be the most efficient way.

With Trumpcare the middle class and the wealthy would pay much more and the poor will get much less than what we have become accustomed to in the last few years...
The only winners with Trumpcare are the blood thirsty insurance companies ...

Before, and even after ACA, the govt. didn't actually take care of everyone. Insurers were free to charge whatever they want....kick people off after they become ill....deny coverage to those with pre existing conditions....and have much higher rates in the individual market.
The only thing ACA did was to correct some of these issues. The private health insurers still provide the coverage.

I don't believe that's necessary yet. A public option will provide the necessary competition that Conservatives are selling as a panacea to the high cost of health insurance.
Medicare is the most efficient means of providing healthcare. With a healthier demographic buying in, it helps everyone.
