Both France and Germany have higher homicide rates than Switzerland, which enjoys a very low homicide rate of 0.55/100k.

The States is currently placing 87th in homicide rates due to guns, despite there being more guns than citizens in the States. The Constitution of the United States prohibits any government from banning or limiting guns. The right of the people to own and carry any weapon including any gun shall not be infringed.

I would argue there is some relationship between gun ownership, and murder rate, but a much stronger relationship between irresponsible gun ownership, and murder rate.

this is part of the false narrative that the anti gun mania wants to spread, associating murder and crime rates to gun ownership. A criminal is just a criminal, whether they use a gun or a knife.
