Now perhaps if the Commander in Chief had have spent more time on Puerto Rico than he did his fabricated NFL issue and golfing they might have discovered the need days ago, it's eleven days out now, Senator Rubio did, but I forgot, conservatives have been telling us the President had his staff on top of it so he didn't have to get directly involved.
And lets not forget, as we've seen regurgitated here as a defense, the Governor of Puerto Rico says everything was running smoothly, "a good news story"
