"'Not enough troops, equipment in Puerto Rico, says general in charge of relief"

Too funny, last Friday, 9/29, today is Sunday, 10/1, and by the way;

"Puerto Rico didn’t get hit by one hurricane, it got hit by two hurricanes. I mean, the second one hit Puerto Rico as a Category 5. I don't believe anybody's ever seen that happen before, hit, land with that kind of velocity.” – President Trump

Guess you got to take the Category thing up with him

Even Trump was incorrect. Big deal, I don't expect a politician to be a meteorologist.
I lived in Port St. Lucie in 2004. Frances hit directly on 9/6 (no elec for 5 days).

Jeanne directly on 9/25 (no elec for 9 days) so I personally have seen it. In a bath tub with a mattress pulled over me while shards of glass from blown out windows were flying around everywhere for about the last 3 hours of its passing.

Maria was a cat4.

I'm thrilled the military and others are pulling things together now as best they can. I encourage everybody to send a donation to their organization of choice. We weren't created to depend on government for EVERYTHING. So, give cheerfully as best you can and be happy there are individuals and groups who pulling together positively to help each other.

Then why didn't they have him or someone similar there earlier to take charge? And he wasn't "ragging" on anyone, just reporting that they hadn't planned enough and needed more help

Call the White House and demand an answer from the POTUS, anchovies. If you think it was all Trump's fault, why ask people on an online forum?

Are you afraid Trump might answer the phone and roast you? :rofl2:
