New Flash. Arizona Surpasses Mississippi as dumbest State in the Nation

No you don't. The Federal Civil Rights Act guarantees all people the right to "full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation, without discrimination or segregation on the ground of race, color, religion, or national origin."

The right of public accommodation is also guaranteed to disabled citizens under the Americans with Disabilities Act, which precludes discrimination by businesses on the basis of disability.
Hmmm.. so is being homoxsexual a religeon or a disability ?

No they are not.....but they are bed rock liberal beliefs and they are certainly embodied in the 1st amendment, 13th, 14th, 15th, 19th, 24th and 26th ammendments. Do you have a problem with these bed rock liberal values expressed by the Declaration of Independence and these Constitutional Amendments or do you prefer your old world European values?

I'll go on record as stating I far more prefer these essential liberal American values to your old world European ones.
So you do accept that these bedrock liberal beliefs that are nkt in the cknstitution are jyst liberal beliefs and nothing more ?

Celebrations are being held in trailer parks across the State.

Apparently they haven't read the US Constitution in Arizona and just don't seem to grasp the concept that freedom OF religion also means freedom FROM religion.

1. homosexuality has nothing to do with religion, so this shouldn't apply
2. is there somewhere that prohibits business' from denying service to certain and select groups of people?

Strawman. Freedom of association does not give you the right to discriminate against people in the public sphere nor do you have the right to enforce your religious beliefs upon others in the public sphere. We, the people, have a right to be free FROM your religion. You have the right to practice your religious freedoms as long as it does not impinge upon my religious freedom. Till then, in the eyes of the law....all men were created equal and as such are equal before the law.

does this mean that 'no guns allowed' signs should be illegal?

You moron. It is impossible, literally impossible, to have Freedom OF Religion unless you have Freedom FROM religion. I have the Constitutional right to be free FROM your religion, just as you have the constitutional right to be free FROM my religion. You literally can't have one without the other.

here's the thing with that, though, you aren't being forced to practice my religion if I put up a display in a public place.

Certainly less and less people will, which I am sure is at least one intention of these laws.
I hope the states loses an abundance of dollars as a result, maybe it will learn a lesson.

How is that going to punish the elected officials? They aren't running businesses that depend on tourism.

You have the right to not practice my religion. You do not have the right to impose secular law on a Christian nation. This little bullshit tirade you perverts are waging is a flash in the pan. Be prepared to drink from the same traditional fountain, or don't drink at all. ;)

Well I believe that it punishes the people who support those politicians under the theory that if the punishment hurts enough they will try to convince their elected officials to change their behavior.

Well I have to be careful what I say here as I don't want to discriminate against someone with a thinking disability like you.

No...not at all...and If you had any critical thinking skills you'd know that the bigots who discriminate against gays do so on religious grounds.

Could you please construct that into a proper question instead of an open ended one and someone might be able to give you a proper answer to it.

I'm just stating a fact about concepts that are bed rock liberal beliefs. Got a problem with facts?
