Strawman. Freedom of association does not give you the right to discriminate against people in the public sphere nor do you have the right to enforce your religious beliefs upon others in the public sphere. We, the people, have a right to be free FROM your religion. You have the right to practice your religious freedoms as long as it does not impinge upon my religious freedom. Till then, in the eyes of the law....all men were created equal and as such are equal before the law.

You're exactly right Ken. The bigots trying to pass this law in Arizona are using the same immoral logic that was used to discriminate against racial minorities and their rationalization on gay marriage is the same flawed logic they used against interracial marriages. It was wrong, immoral then and it's wrong and immoral now.

Yea....We find these truths to be self evident. In the eyes of his creator all men are created equal and are endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights. Among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Yup...that sure is the stuff liberals love. It's just something that you conservatives and your old world European values are just going to have to deal with.

There is no such thing in the Constitution as freedom from religion.....but the very fact that you are not forced to practice a religion is your freedom from religion.
 
If Arizona wants to shoot itself in the foot with the entire LGBT community as well as the vast majority of folks under 30, let 'em.

I wonder, if a straight couple walked into an Arizona restaurant, but the wife was dressed all "butchy" and the husband was acting all swishy and effeminate, could they refuse THEM service as well? I mean do you have to actually BE gay and lesbian for business owners to be able to toss you out or is acting less than feminine for a woman and less than macho for a man good enough to get you banned?
