He once again pointed to inconclusive evidence. They did not have that confidence. They did not have that evidence to indict.

Therefore, if Mullet DID conclude he committed a crime, he would indict. Oh wait.................he did NOT indict. :cool:

You just said it: Mullet broke one of the cardinal rules of prosecutors—tainting without charging. Isn’t that what got Comey fired?

Since you won’t answer—the answer is yes, Comey was fired for smearing Hillary but not charging her. You were pissed about that but you’re cheering this. Your glaring hypocrisy is noted—for whatever it’s worth.

But we can’t fire Mullet because he fled the department—like a scalded dog, and without taking questions.

Not that I blame him. There’s at least half a dozen questions I wouldn’t want to answer if I were Mullet.

Yes, but if you read the report with basic common sense and self-honesty, it's pretty clear he tried to collude. It's like how there wasn't enough evidence to charge OJ Simpson with murder but.... come on.

Maybe if Trump *actually* colluded with the Russians like Hillary/DNC did Mullet would have charged him lol.

And btw, that’s one of those ‘uncomfortable’ questions Mullet preferred not to answer.

Makes sense and explains why he announced that if subpoenaed he wouldn't say anything that wasn't in his report. IOW, "leave me alone, don't waste your and my time.

And, his report says NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION.

Mullet knows Durham is running loose. Saying nothing at all—beyond reiterating what’s already public knowledge and in the report. Then quit the department and hope none of Durham’s people come snooping around. Notice how many of these characters leave the department.

It’s amazing how so much of the media flat out ignores the 800# Silverback in the room.
