???...because they aren't AT the address?.....when something is mailed to an absentee voter, they would have to be at the address to receive it....if it's a fraudulent address, somebody else is going to get it.....

Right....so I read the article and DID NOT see any mention of ACORN. So unless you can provide proof in no uncertain terms that the CENSUS is some decades old vast liberal conspiracy, I'd say you're just channeling neocon paranoid delusions....which isn't very "libertarian" of you. ;)
