Missing the point on mass shootings.

You would be in favor then of an impetuous online comment such as that being sufficient to place the teenager's name on a background list so he would be unable thereafter to buy a gun. So would I.
acting or done quickly and without thought or care.
lol.....I wonder if this "impetuous" statement from a guy who did in fact shoot up a school after turning 18 was even examined to see if it was "impetuous"........of course not........you were too busy trying to remove 120M guns from people who didn't post impetuous things on the internet.........

Shouldn't need to be "examined", whatever that means in a given case. As the post said, if you had the brains to grasp it, the comment should speak for itself, requiring an automatic ban.

eh, you don't have to like it, but it is still the truth. you would have 14 million heavily armed veterans who would resist..............you're not stopping that.

K, I'll raise you the 171 million Americans who want stricter gun controls, dumbass.

The connection that seems to elude every gun nut is not one between guns and random sorts of victims or between guns and the mere availability of other types of weapons. It is the connection between a certain kind of gun and a certain kind of killer. Almost every mass killing in the United States is with an AR-15 by a white male under the age of 25, usually under the age of 20. Why is this? With the gun it is because the AR-15 has both repetitive firepower and a great macho look. With the killer it is because 1) he is hungry for that firepower and hungry for that great macho look and 2) as an angry and desperate type of young white male he is uniquely prone to having this hunger.

Also, those guns are wickedly expensive, especially after all the add-ons, so someone in each of the lives of those mass shooters is buying them the weapons and ammo they use to kill people.

That someone should be an accessory to the crime.

In the case of this shooting, it was the Nazi's father who bought him his gun and all the ammo.

The shooter was a typical, unemployed, Trump supporting fascist who couldn't have ever gotten his hands on that gun without daddy buying it for him, or daddy giving him an allowance to buy it.

Why do you think even 1 of those 14 million would attack the country they served?

You haven't and it's been about 40 years of empty threats like this.

Also, why is violence the only recourse or response you can think of to gun control? Because you are inherently a violent person.

Your posts on JPP could serve as red flags in a court of law if someone in your life decided they had enough of your bullshit and wanted to take your guns away because you're threatening violence at everyone who wants gun control.

that is exactly why we won't let you use crap like that to determine gun rights for all. yes, I'm an inherently violent person. I was trained to be that way. And I KNOW hundreds of those people that would attack the GOVERNMENT, should they ever come for their weapons.

you really need to smarten up and understand that there are more than just two types of people in the world or you're going to be in for a very rude awakening one day.

yes, I'm an inherently violent person.

Do you think inherently violent people should have access to firearms?

I was trained to be that way.

On the battlefield, sure. But this isn't a battlefield, this is society.

And I KNOW hundreds of those people that would attack the GOVERNMENT, should they ever come for their weapons.

So you oppose violent people committing mass shootings, but you don't oppose those same violent people getting access to weapons?

you really need to smarten up and understand that there are more than just two types of people in the world or you're going to be in for a very rude awakening one day.

Well, you're setting it up that there are only two types of people; those who are inherently violent (and thus shouldn't have access to guns), and those who are not.

Do you think inherently violent people should have access to firearms?
absolutely. otherwise they are just expensive paperweights, never to be used.

On the battlefield, sure. But this isn't a battlefield, this is society.
then maybe you should start having seminars with all the violent criminals, gangbangers, and cops, let them know that this is society and not a battlefield. Or is that what y'all are sending social workers on police calls for now?

So you oppose violent people committing mass shootings, but you don't oppose those same violent people getting access to weapons?
those two groups are not the same people.......that's always been your problem. you don't have the cognitive thinking skills that you believe you do.

So, just so I'm clear...you think someone who makes violent threats, who acts violently towards others, and who openly talks about shooting people should have access to guns?

You think it would have been a mistake to take Crimo's guns away from him?

Is it because most of his victims were Jews?

What is your fascination with people dying? This should be highly concerning to your community.

what is your fascination with turning people in to slaves? THAT should be highly concerning to your community.

you would have snitched on the founding fathers, wouldn't you?

So, just so I'm clear...you think someone who makes violent threats, who acts violently towards others, and who openly talks about shooting people should have access to guns?
are you unable to separate fact from fiction?

You think it would have been a mistake to take Crimo's guns away from him?
you really don't understand the difference in what crimo said on social media and what I have said? or are you just being obtuse, again?

Is it because most of his victims were Jews?
:eyeroll:

then maybe you should start having seminars with all the violent criminals, gangbangers, and cops, let them know that this is society and not a battlefield.

Thing is, we're trying to do that but the obstacle there is the presence and availability of the guns.

those two groups are not the same people..

Yes, they are. Crimo was. The Buffalo shooter was. Every mass shooter has been.

Violent people commit violent acts.

What is your fascination with people dying? This should be highly concerning to your community.

That's what I'm saying...he's presenting himself as a threat to his community and I warned him that posting this way on JPP could lead to having his guns taken away because someone finally got tired of his bullshit.
