Exactly, the federal government has been letting people get away with this, it has lost respect. Time to put the fear of God back in the fascists.
 
I suspect that the building will be cordoned off, all utilities will be turned off, and they'll just wait them out.
Any "reinforcements" will be stopped from delivering anything and if they escalate this, it's not going to turn out as they may be hoping.

I also expect the liberals and gun grabbers will try to turn this to their advantage and agenda.

These guys have a beef with the federal government occupying so much land out west. Which they undeniably do for no good reason.

Note the comparison between this group and BLM or other leftist movements: their beef is actually coherent, whether you agree with their methods or not. Whereas, the BLM is just pissy about who knows what, exactly. If you ever hear them interviewed or when they bum-rush somebodies microphone they go on a verbal tirade or invoke the known lie, Hands Up Don't Shoot, in support of a narrative that only loosely comports with the facts---if at all.

Also, in contrast to the BLM, these guys are on the wrong side of the narrative. The left in general and the Obama administration in particular, have been itching for some white extremists to come along to bolster their rhetoric about the threat of white extremism.

And this is a recipe for some ugliness. What a great opportunity to bolster the white extremist narrative and justify an executive order on gun restrictions at the same time.

Taking over a building by force is most certainly terrorism. While the state is always a legitimate target, this is not a legitimate way to go after the state.

While I may agree with some of the objectives, I do not think the method is legal or appropriate.

I would disagree on the terrorist portion. You don't have to blow things up or start killing to be a terrorist. Hijackers of old were certainly terrorists. they would take over a plane by force (typically guns back in the day), make a list of demands, threaten to kill if said demands were not met.

While they do not appear to have hostages in this case, the other criteria are met. They have taken property by force, made demands, threatened violence if said demands are not met. Fuck them.
