Militia takes over federal building in Oregon

Courts often reverse sentencing of defendents, they have in many cases lowered the sentences, but in this case they increased it. These ranchers haven't been treated any different than other criminals where the State or defendant can appeal the sentencing.

The defendants served the sentences handed down by the judge are you really stating they should serve a second sentence, just because the feds didn't like the judges decision?

I have a question about Ya'llQaeda. They are willing to be martyred in their yeehawd in Oregon. If they die will they receive 72 cousins in the afterlife?

The first judge violated the mandatory minimum sentencing for the conviction. The second judge enforced them. It was conservative legislatures who put mandatory minimum sentencing in place. I thought you conservatives were all in favor of those?

Oh...I get it it....mandatory minimums are only supposed to apply to blacks and latinos. Not white rednecks.

You're using the same retarded logic that classes Tamir Rice as a thug and Ya'llQaeda as patriots.

The issue they are protesting is valid. They've brought a spotlight to it. Unfortunately the wrong light- an armed protest has everyone talking about their guns, instead of the Feds stealing grazing rights.
