there are no laws against stating your property is worth $16M or $200M or even both on the same day. The issue wasn't what did Trump say. The issue was, what was the property worth. There are laws against judges making findings of fact which are unreasonable in the light of all available evidence. They give grounds for appeal. Hopefully that clears up your mistakes.......
