evince is a diagnosable idiot and has no idea what falls out of her toothless mouth. However, Trump did make the pandemic as bad as a human could possibly make it. He mocked masks and vaccinations. He disregarded precautions and belittled them. He downplayed the severity of the virus. If he had done nothing at all, it would have been 1000% better than what he actually did.

What do you think was the offset to Operation Warp Speed caused by Trump's own denial of the seriousness of the virus? If you're going to give him credit, then you have to give him blame, and vice versa.

By a certain measure, yes, duh, dumbass. I can't get a laborer to show up in at least five Western states right now, though, so I think the post-pandemic economy is still an uncontrollable monster. Any other stupid questions, flat earther?

It is almost certainly true. We have so many empty positions, anyone who wants a job can get one. There are some people who are unemployable, very few people living in locations without empty positions, but for the vast majority of Americans, if they want a job, they can have one.

There are people who do not want jobs. This bout of pandemic has convinced them that they do not want to work. The Baby Boomers(a very large generation) are retiring, and therefore not working. There are a number of people who can not find jobs that pay as much as they want, so choose not to work.

But not working is not unemployed. Unemployed is when you cannot find a job, which almost everyone can find a job.

I recently saw this about McDonald's employees making $50 an hour... An extreme example, but an example of how desperate employers are to fill empty positions.

You are 100% correct. In the real world, there are twice as many empty positions as there are people supposedly looking for a job, but Goat is not living in the real world.

I am being a little too harsh when I say "supposedly looking". Most people who say they are unemployed are really looking, but they usually have higher expectations than the current open positions available. An aerospace engineer who has been unemployed for two weeks probably should keep looking for a higher paying job rather than taking a job at McDonald's. But, almost everyone could take a job if they really needed to.

If we have a mild recession, which seems likely, then it might be the first full employment recession in history. I am not really sure what to make of that.

Yes he did initially but then did so many others In including Nancy and Fauci. But try as much as they could they can't take that away from him, Warpspeed would never have happened if Biden was running things back then.

The masks are mostly to protect the patient from spittle and saliva from the surgeon entering open wounds. Operating theatres have a positive pressure system to prevent bacteria and viruses entering the sterile environment.
