You still haven't shown how a video or videos, with audio, are hearsay; because in this case, it's not a video that began AFTER the situation escalated and shows that the only thing the Doctor was doing, was saying he didn't want to give up his seat and the reason why.

I've seen no one, except for the original statement from United (which they are now backpedaling on), say anything about what happened prior to him saying NO.
