Let's Boycott United Airlines

I am fairly sure that by the time this is over, the airline and the police department will wish they had chosen the less expensive option of chartering a 747 to personally fly this guy to his destination.

the police department will suffer zero consequences over this.

I appreciate your admission that you have nothing to base your opinion, of what happened, on and are only able to insult those who disagree with you.

Does this mean that they intend to call you as an "expert witness" on what happened, seeing as how you seem so positive that he created the problem.

You truly have some mental issues. Unlike you I do not profess to have all the facts. Know everything about what happened on that plane. Unlike you I base my opinions on just that, fact. Of which all of it is not out yet.
Keep trying there fender head.

Learn to read and stop having mini strokes.

No stroke on my part; because I'm content in my position on this.

Whereas; you have failed to present a single piece of evidence to support your position.

Plus, out of the two of us; it is apparent that you've found it necessary to resort to insults, instead of facts.

the police department will suffer zero consequences over this.

I disagree, some lawyer will file a 1983 action and the department will not want the press and will settle. Happens often on high profile stuff.

If it were not national news, you would be correct.

I had a case a few years, fairly high profile, you heard about it if you followed the news.

We all knew I would lose at trial, but they settled because they did not want a public airing of what happened.

What facts? Hearsay is not facts. Not in a court of law anyway. Keep showing how little you actually know.

What overwhelming evidence? Are you in a court of law? Fuck no. You are basing your "expert opinion" on news articles. Hearsay. Look it up zipper head.

Well, you want to place a bet who's going to come out as being correct?

No money, seeing as how there is no way to complete this "transaction"; but how about a permanent ISP banning.

How about if the Court rules against United's actions or United settles this out of Court, then your ISP will be permanently banned from JPP; but if the Court rules with United and decides that they did no wrong, then my ISP will be permanently banned.

But, in this case, you also have NOTHING that provides support for your position.

And a video, is not hearsay; especially when there is more then 1 video, with audio.

Citizens need to tell cops to FUCK OFF much more often than they do. Just make sure the cop knows there is a video rolling that he cant get to.

Its easy for a wealthy, well dressed, white guy to say.. but it needs to be done for the health of our state, to push back the unlawful bullying the police often engage in.

You seem to be basing your position on the absence of facts, that might support your position; but you've presented nothing on your behalf.

a settlement is an agreement to pay an amount from an insurance policy. that is all. there are zero consequences on a police department through settlements.

again, a settlement is not a consequence. it's an agree payment by an insurance company to dismiss a lawsuit.

A settlement with a police department does not come from an insurance company. The money comes from the city budget, and when the city has to pay out on something the Counsel generally fires the Chief of Police, happened a few years ago in a city in Miami-Dade County.

Is this were you go back and find every thread, repost them as one, desperately trying to prove your "point"? I have no position. I have stated that quite clearly, numerous times. And neither do you. No one, yet, has all the facts. You can base your
"certainty" on all the hearsay you want. That is about your intellectual level. Have fun.

When did a video or videos, with audio, of the same incident become "hearsay"??

This is truly is over your head. Way, way over your head. The only person speaking intelligently about this is Jarod. You know, a real attorney. Not a pretend one like you.

I got stopped one time, coming home from a weekend event, for a burned out brake light.
The Officer asked if I had any weapons in my vehicle and I told him "Yes, in a lock box in the back of my vehicle".
He then asked me if he could take possession of it, for "his and my safety".
I looked at him and asked how much more secure could he make it, when it was already in a LOCK BOX in the BACK OF MY VEHICLE.
He paused for a minute and then said "Yeah, I guess you're right".

I've got other times where I've told them NO; but I'll save them for another time.

Good, I have never seen one react that well to being told no... I am guessing you are a well dressed white guy? Right?

No; because it's apparent that you're very aware that you have nothing to support your position and are just trying to save face.
What ever; because I'm comfortable with my positon.

You still haven't shown how a video or videos, with audio, are hearsay; because in this case, it's not a video that began AFTER the situation escalated and shows that the only thing the Doctor was doing, was saying he didn't want to give up his seat and the reason why.

Which doesn't explain how a video or videos, with audio, are hearsay.

A video can contain hearsay, but it is not hearsay.

If I am on video saying, "Rhonda told me...". That would be hearsay on the video, but a properly authenticated video is not in of itself is not hearsay.
