killed 50 from two blocks away from the 32nd floor....

Then why are people so adamant about taking away the rights of law abiding citizens, when those incidents amount to an extremely small percentage of what the overwhelming majority of gun owners do in their daily activities?

He was law abiding, wasn't he? That is, until he snapped. Odd how that works, huh?

Auto's are strictly regulated, they are required to have all kinds of safety equipment and many types of cars are BANNED from being driven on public roads. Rarely can a car kill 50 people even if you try.

So once again liberals are showing that it's all about the immediate quantity and they really don't care how many die over periods of time.

How many people would describe killed if he were throwing knives from the 32nd floor?

it absoultely is. if you take guns away, you take away an individuals autonomy. You said yourself you don't understand. I am helping you to understand. Guns exist to protect an individual from tyranny. It is the last stand.

If a group of guys break into my house, while we're home, and threaten harm to my family, what am I supposed to do; ask them to wait while I call the cops or should I call Thing?

No. That is a statement. As was the previous clear statement, he used fully automatic weapons and unless he had the correct licenses he obtained those illegally. Neither of those "argue", they simply provide information.

Whatever… Weather was one block away or two blocks away It’s really not important.

The weapon he used was fully automatic, I can hear it on the videos, unless he had the right type of licensing it was illegal for him to have access to the weapons he used.

I've got a particular semi automatic handgun that I can put 9 rounds through, in 2.5 seconds.
The normal "ear witness" doesn't even have the knowledge of what an automatic rifle truthfully sounds like; now add in the echo effect from the surrounding buildings and one round could sound like 4 or 5.

I just can't make sense of it. I don't think it matters what we do, crazy people are going to find a way to be crazy. This guy seemed to have the means to obtain what he needed and because he killed himself, it's going to be hard to know why he did it.

Maybe making suicide illegal would have stopped him!!

ban gunz,, pass a Constitutional amendment.
Or police gun shows and mail order, and seize conversion kits.
Possession of an automatic weapon should be treated like a violent crime- proactively lock them up
Pinheads have already nullified the 1st Amend. free speech rights for the country's conservatives so why not just give them total rule of the US and
tear the fuckin' Constitution up and throw it in the trash....
Its obvious they don't give a rats ass about the US Constitution that has served our country for almost 250 years....

Whatever… Weather was one block away or two blocks away It’s really not important.

Or even just right across the street. You must know that any good attorney would kill you on cross if you were this inaccurate.

Yet it wasn't.

Airplanes are strictly regulated, from what I read this man did not have an active pilots license because he had let his medical clearance laps.
And you, if that is true, being as stupid as you are, think, because he didn't have a valid licence, he wouldn't dare fly an airplane.....

are you fuckin' serious ?
