' Historically ' there was no Ukraine at all, dumbass.
Sure there was...it's the country the USSR invaded in 1919 and annexed in 1921.
The USSR was a founding UN member.
So was Ukraine...they were one of the 51 other countries who signed the charter.
You know who didn't? Georgia. Lithuania. Estonia. Latvia. Khyrgyzstan. Kazakhstan. Armenia. Azerbaijan. Moldova. Turkmenistan. Tadjikistan. Uzbekistan.
All those countries were also *Soviet* -NOT RUSSIAN- Satellite States but none of them signed the UN charter.
Why, do you think?
