No. He joked about trying to find WMD's in the oval office, and said "bring 'em on" to the enemy while he was safely thousands of miles from battle.

And he lied plenty.

What about those Democrat members of Congress that said the same thing as Bush. Why do you consider Bush a liar but not the Democrats that said the same thing?

Democrats said exactly about Iraq and Saddam Hussein what Bush did. We both know you consider Bush a liar for saying them. Do you consider Democrats liars for saying the same things?

This is bull. Dems didn't lie about Curveball in a SOU speech. They didn't "fix the intel around the policy" to justify invasion. They didn't give Colin Powell's aide a "chinese menu" of intel and tell him to "make the case" for war.

Most of those Dem quotes were from the '90's, and not a single one calls for invasion.

It's a bogus comparison. Who would have ever thought in 2003 that you righties would be bending over backwards to give Democrats "credit" for what happened in Iraq? Remember when Saddam's statue fell, and they were on the "wrong side of history" for opposing Bush?

People like NOVA post those comments all the time. I see them as largely irrelevant. Many are from the '90's - when Saddam was disarming because of sanctions and other measures. Not a single one calls for invasion or any large-scale military operation.

I don't forgive any Democrats for their vote on the resolution. But let's stop with this equivalency game. Bush fixed the intel around the policy. That should be criminal.
