Still avoiding the question. Is the legal immigrant guilty of the crime of taking your job? If not, why not? If so, why is that act not criminalized?

It does not. The code you quote deals with Improper Entry by Alien as it's title clearly states.

This is why I stopped having this discussion with RS.
He just ignores everything and anythng that is presented to him and then he wants to cling to catch phrases like "warrentless searches", "not a crime", etc.

I have ignored nothing. Show me where illegal presence is specified as a crime? Pointing to the part of the law that specifies illegal entry as a crime is not proof for anything that I have not already acknowledged.

Again, illegal presence is not a stage after illegal entry. Those guilty of only illegal presence did not enter illegally.

You are the one that bows out when you cannot distort the truth any further. Illegal presence is a civil violation. Pointing out that illegal entry is a criminal violation does not disprove that. Either find something that does disprove my point (it does not exists, you can look at legal opinions that have always held it was a civil offense) or acknowledge the truth and stfu! Quit whining about how these horrible immigrants have committed a crime and threaten your security, when they have done neither.
