I attributed it to no one but nAHZi. Where did I seem to be doing anything else? I said, "you." The context clearly shows that the pronoun was used to represent nAHZi. I did not say, "all of you" or in anyway imply a group. It was pretty clear that I distinguished nAHZi from the group as I gave him credit for being honest and separated him from the group.

Solutions... I have offered them, but here is a solution to my primary concern...
How about we let a court determine who is illegally present and issue a warrant for them that could be executed by Arizona state police. What's the problem with that? Why do we need to risk an errant arrest of a citizen or legal immigrant based upon not having their papers (and we know skin color will enter into it, whether you choose to remain in denial or not)?

Yep, but it does not mean they entered illegally as you continue to ignorantly maintain. They are guilty of a civil violation of the law and I have not argued otherwise.
Also, Federal agents are NOT allowed to make a warrantless arrests of them based on probable cause of illegal presence alone. The Arizona law grants that power to state leos. If the Arizona law were in compliance with the federal laws on this my argument goes away.
Get a warrant, go round them up and ship them out. I have no problem with that.
