How is the legal immigrant that fails to comply with the requirements of the law committing an act of war? Not filing the proper paperwork is an act of war? Okay. Why are we only fining and deporting those engaged in war on us?

All immigants are not criminals. The legal are merely being allowed to legally take our resources by a traitorous government. I place criminality on the government in those instances.

I beleive there is a legal obligation to see to the welfare of the people with basic protections. Labor market protections by stemming invasion is legally encumbent upon the federal government.
It's also morally wrong to alter immigration policy just to destroy the labor market for citizens in certain sectors. H1-b visas are immoral in this way.
