I am saying that the suggested "gift" has turned into them paying for an airplane that will become AF1 later. If there is a contract, this pays for the plane.

It went from some 1 Billion (a bit more I think) "gift" to them paying for a plane, and it is still in talks. At some point it might be that they get to say they would pay for a plane and nothing happens.
