"I like the people who weren't captured"

This is incomprehensible, and unreal.

Getting captured is not a "failure." It is not shame. Anyone who puts themselves in harm's way to preserve our way of life is a hero, imo - and moreso those who ended up in captivity.

The above response should be a disgrace to every true American.

So, what is it then? If it's now failure, what is it?

Trumps are extremely selfish and self-serving. No Trump ever served . I read his granddad fled Germany when he was going to get drafted. Trump presumes the right to lead an army he refused to serve in. And he calls himself a military expert and says he knows more than the generals.

McCain was shot the fuck out of the air you dirt bag ruski
He was gravely injured and could not walk
Trump said he wasn’t a hero

And, you think he should be awarded for being captured? I can understand an award for being wounded. I can understand an award for bravery in carrying out his mission to the best of his ability. But why award capture?

Donald Trump's hatred expressed towards McCain was the straw that broke a lot of Republicans backs.

And many of them will never vote Republican again.

It was just stupid.

McCain was one of the most well respected and honored Congressman of all times by everyone.

And only traitors call honorable service failure

And, you think he should be awarded for being captured? I can understand an award for being wounded. I can understand an award for bravery in carrying out his mission to the best of his ability. But why award capture?

You just insulted everyone who ever served their nation you stupid sociopath

TAG is who the Republican Party is now

Never serve and trash anyone who did when you think it’s a political gain

That doesn't answer my question. Why should we award someone for being captured? And, how is becoming a POW not failure?

I actually hate even having this conversation on Memorial Day. This is a day to honor all of those who served honorably.

I never would have imagined a conservative calling their sacrifice a "failure." Some of these soldiers suffered for years in captivity. McCain wouldn't give any information, despite enduring treatment that most of us can't even comprehend.

I'm genuinely embarrassed for you. To say that heroes who put everything on the line are "failures." Disgusting.

I swear - the lengths people will go to in order to defend Trump.

To trash the brave soldiers who served so honorably, and sacrificed so much for this country. ON MEMORIAL DAY.

Unreal.
