I hope Tim Scott

Know" Nope, you believe that. The law is coming for a crook. That is how it should be. We should be happy that for once a wealthy guy is facing justice. If you did what Trump did, you would be in chains. Eveb\n after so many charges, he still walks free.
He hasn’t paid attention but he just knows they are partisan politics? Huh? How can one know this if they haven’t paid attention.

It’s a case of how to say you are a partisan hack without saying you’re a partisan hack

Sadly it was Donald who lied about the dangers of Covid from day one. He feared the truth might hurt his re election. Had he been honest from the beginning, much of the damage could have been averted. Then we have scum like you who went out of their way to lie about vaccines, which some people believed and wound up dead.

from day one covid was a novel virus. claiming people were lying when we were dealing with something new and not well understood is absurd

I can't fucking stand Fauci, but to say he was lying early on when he got so much wrong is stupid.

I liked Tim Scott's stance on the Teachers Union.

It's rare to say this about a politician but his biggest challenge is he's too nice. It's what helps separate him and makes him stand out but unfortunately to win you need to be more ruthless.

Depending on who the nominee is (assuming it isn't him), he'll be at the top of an VP list. But VP's are supposed to be attack dogs. That's not his personality.

Those two don't have to be mutually exclusive. Everything at this high of a level is politically driven, who they charge who they don't charge etc. That's just fact, it's not a defense of Trump. You really going to argue otherwise, politics don't play a role when the government deals with the wealthy?

Fauci at all times was relating what the scientists studying Covid and what the statistics showed. Except when he downplayed the N95 masks in the beginning saying cloth ones, homemade, were good. He should have simply stated that hospitals needed them on the front line.
The instructions kept changing as data was gathered. Fauci was not lying. Why would he? Trump asked him to lie repeatedly. When he did not follow Trump's wishes, Trump was going to savagely attack his reputation and standing. And he did.

Did you take the vaccine? If so why? So President Trump may have helped to save your sorry life.

Agreed. I think Ramswamy will be the VP nominee. A person of color dynamic young speaks well and a good personal story and does not disagree with Trump. He would decimate Harris. I think Ramswamy foreign policy is naive though.

Obviously I'm not a Trump guy so I don't know who he would pick (and it's still so early).

I didn't watch the debate but heard about his isolationist positions. Agreed, it is naïve. There's always been a strain of it in America but we didn't become the world's super power by not engaging the rest of the globe. If we pull back someone will replace us and the results will very likely not be to our liking.

Fauci was caught lying in front of congress

wasting time with the shit stains that refuse to actually police the lies is tiring.

you are dismissed in this conservative thread as you are just a moron

Trump was advised very early on about how dangerous Covid would be, but he chose to ignore it and pretend it was just going away.

he didn't accuse anyone of being racist for staying out of china town

it takes a tremendous amount of revisionist history for liberals to even show their face regarding covid (pun intended)

even as the shit stains try to rewrite history, voters remember

Black people call each other the N word as well. Does that mean non black people can/should use the word?

Why not? If a word is bad it's bad. Should a non black person be able to use the word when not specifically referring to a black person or any person at all.

And fast tracked a "vaccine" that Democrats hated until Biden took over then they loved it so much they wanted to force it in people. STFU

Could that have been the same vaccine that you said was dangerous, killing thousands of people!

No it's the same one every Democrat hated until Biden took over. Keep up dipshit. Trump had no bearing on my opinion of the vaccine and he also wasnt the one trying to force it on people. I'd give your post there a C-. It lacked substance and shows an utter disregard for the actual problem.

My son and I disagree on the Ukraine war. While I think it could be manage MUCH better through NATO I keep asking him if the US withdraws its support of Ukraine what happens next. Do we just let Russia gobble up Europe? Or at least gobble up none NATO countries? I look at Russia like Germany before the US entered WWII we should have acted earlier and saved more lives. I think the US should twist arms in Europe to make sure our European allies pay a proportional per capitia amount as the US does. We agreed that they should allow Blackwater to hire out retired 16 pilots and repair crews and provide them to Ukraine

Actually he banned travel to and from China and parts of Europe very early on in an attempt to slow the spread. Fauci advised against that though. He also shut down the economy as Fauci advised.

I understand the sentiment behind let other people deal with global problems and we should spend our money here at home, except as you pointed out with the Germany example (and others), global problems will eventually find us. We can't hide from them. Additionally, our economic strength comes from our global power. People think we have problems now, watch what happens to our economy if we abdicate global positions.

There's always nuance of course but isolationism is naïve.
