@FastLane actually acknowledged this very early in the Trump revenge prosecutions when it was clear Trump and his DoJ were bringing unwinnable cases. He said the point was to force them to spend lots of money defending. What you think violates the way the law works. You are simply arguing that your feelings are not based on reality. The indictment tells us what they supposedly investigated. Then to top it off, once an indictment occurs, the investigation is pretty much locked down. They can't keep trying to find new evidence without violating the rights of the accused.
When you are delusional as you always appear, no wonder you can't tell reality of who is who.
One doesn't look for a straw man. One builds it by claiming your opponent is making an argument they did not make.
What happened the last time only points out your delusions when you claimed that "Libtards are always wrong about everything." Clearly all those claiming that Comey and James would never go to trial but the cased would be thrown out were correct.
So the bottom line is you are all for using the law to try to bankrupt someone even if you can't prove a crime. How very un-American of you.
