He was speaking at the time about Chinese car manufacturers building plants in Mexico and that he'd put a 100% tariff on every car. Then he went on to make the bloodbath comment regarding the auto sales.....

As is typical with his inane ramblings, he tends to jump from one thought to another. He did address the auto industry as you suggest. He never admitted that he increased Mexican wages, which is great for their auto industry.

At no point did he use the term 'auto' in any way, when he moved onto the 'bloodbath' comments meant to incite violence if he isn't elected.

As long as you're tasked with making sense of trump's comments, can you explain how avoiding a 100% tariff on Mexican imports will create a bloodbath?


After all, it was his renamed NAFTA that forced Mexico to raise wages. So what exactly will create this bloodbath? Is it the USMCA?
