This is ongoing income tax evasion over many years involving hundreds of thousands of dollars and that typically gets jail time. Remember Paul Manafort he cheated on his taxes paid it back and still got jail time for income tax evasion. They also went after Manafort for FARA which Hunter is also guilty of but has not been charged for.

I am a bit disappointed in you for not realizing that Donald Trump and his sons, are guilty of cheating on their taxes and committed both Tax Fraud and Tax evasion that spans 20 years or more, and to the tune of 100's of more millions of dollars than Hunter was guilty of.

You seem to have a politically motivated double standard, and it is so obvious, even a 5th grader can see it.

The indictment seems odd. Seems to me the guy in the midst of a cocaine bender can't really have criminal intent. But we'll see. I think this backfires big time on Republicans. Parents are sympathetic to other parents with fuck up kids, because it happens so often. Carry on.

Most of us know as well that this whole Hunter thing is being exploited for political reasons, despite the continuous whining from Reichtards about "picking on family." This is not to excuse what Hunter did, of course. I merely enjoy pointing out the RWers' hypocrisy. Remember all the RW crying about the media publicity about $arah Palin's kids and their various legal and moral problems?

I dunno about the cell thing. I expect that Trump would demand a larger cell since his tax evasion amounts to tens of millions, whereas Hunter's is ~$1.6 million, which he paid back, with penalties and interest.
 
My grapevine is pretty unanimous that this is intended as a message to Biden and his brain (his wife).
