How can Trump walk away from the court as a free man

Prisoners pay some of their incarceration in the Federal system and in Florida. Why are you always wrong?

When they are on house arrest or home detention they pay for 100% of it.

When they have a special need, if they have money, they pay for 100% of it.

The average cost of housing a prisoner in the US is about 46,000 per year.

No they don't pay for it.

I don't know about house arrest.

So that is a no! You have no law degree, you went to no law school, you just defend Trump because you're drunk on orange Kool Aid!

I never said I went to law school, that doesn't mean I don't know the law however.

I was also never in a war but I know a lot about wars.

I was never in a band but I can tell you everything about Van Halen.

I've never lived in Mexico but I can give you their entire history.

Quit being stupid.

They do it all the time, only they call it "protective custody." Cue your next fail in 4...3...2...1... :rofl2:

Protective custody is not solitary.

Solitary is being locked in your cell 23 hours a day, in protective custody you still get human contact just in a separate part of the prison.

You know nothing about this.

I suggest you spend some time in a prison.

That is probably what would happen.

The security risk is simply too great.

Trump knows too much as a former president to have him around people who could threaten him or to put him in solitary where he might go crazy and start talking about stuff.

^ The jokes write themselves.

Your experiences there must have been traumatic. How many times did you fall for that dropping the soap trick?

Typically in most prisons you shower alone while your cell mate watches your back then you switch and you don't use bar soap, you use liquid soap as bar soap is banned in most prisons for a number of reasons.

Solitary is a punishment for bad behavior, it's been a punishment because it affects a person's mind.

You can't sentence someone to just solitary unless they misbehave.
He has misbehaved, so put him in the general population, that’s what he deserves in reality.

Lot of misinformation being spread about the Espionage Act and the laws Trump broke. This law DOES NOT only cover interaction (such as sharing data) with enemies of the US.

Here are the sections Trump is cited in the indictment of breaking...

- Section 793 - covers the unlawful retention of defense-related information that could harm the United States or aid a foreign adversary.

- Section 1519 covers destroying or concealing documents to obstruct government investigations or administrative proceedings.

- Section 2071 covers the unlawful removal of government records.

Highlighted the OR in the first bullet as some derp will focus on what comes after the OR as if both aspects are needed when they are not. It is an 'either/or can you get you charged and Trump clearly broke the law with part 1 and then again in 1519 and 2071.

As much as i would love to see it, i see no way Trump ends up in a prison as opposed to house arrest. The best hope i have is that they do not create a mockery of it by allowing him all of Mara Logo as his 'house' so he can spend every day out golfing.

We need to understand that the SS have rights and power. They have a mandate to create safe space for their charges that include being able to compel other law enforcement agencies to cede to their demands so they can ensure the safety of their charges. Maybe there is a club fed secure enough they could do that to the SS comfort but i suspect the SS would make it such hell for any prison Warden that they would not even try.

Why not just hang him huh?

Or torture him that would be even better wouldn't it?

Even take his kids and family and make them suffer also right?

He deserves it.

He is worse than Satan.

Your hatred for the man is disgusting.

You are what pure evil looks like.

You're not a lawyer! You just pretend to be one on JPP!

I do not believe in capital punishment. I guess for him it would be capitol punishment. He is and was a serious threat to the end the American experiment. He not only does not know how the government functions, he does not care. I don't hate Trump. But he is a disgusting human being in many ways and absolutely the worst choice possible for president. How can h enforce laws when he does not care about them for himself?

They are required to pay some of it. Mini never come up with the money, but Trump could.

Trump isn't above the law! The laws and punishment apply to Trump like any other citizen.

Took a lot of prison showers?

Jack Smith stretched the law in this case just like in the Supreme Court case that he got overturned 8-0.

Trust me, Smith isn't going for a conviction, he knows he can't get one, this is all about name recognition for him.

He wants to feel special or something.

Nobody get's charged under the espionage act, written in 1917, unless you are caught redhanded selling secrets to a foreign nation.

These are all bullshit charges.
