That was the reason for the name change.

She was selected to bring standing to sue by her lawyers as only a qualified candidate can bring a lawsuit.

A false claim. Smith is a dedicated public servant. He is enforcing the laws of the United States. Trump is not above the law.

Smith would not bring a case if he didn't think he could win it.

Smith has overwhelming evidence against the defendant. So much evidence that he appears to be ready to bring more charges and arrest Trump once again.

It is getting to be an increasingly asked question why Trump is free. These are serious charges. He represents a threat to public safety. He should be held without bond until his trials are concluded. He keeps telling lies, it keeps stoking violence. This needs to end. Some of his supporters have already gone too far. And he is doing nothing but making them angrier and angrier with his lies. Enough. Lock him up and shut him up. Take away all his devices. Put him in a cell. End it. We have had enough.

Nobody ever is forced to testify. You would think if he was totally innocent he would want to testify but he wants to make it AFTER the election. how many are going to say I might have voted for him but I don't know if he has been found guilty or not.

Smith is a public tool for the democrat party simply trying to bog down Trump in frivolous lawsuits to prevent him from campaigning and to smear his name.

I can't wait for the trial to start so he can be exposed.

All will be seen in May of next year.
