They ruled the GOP rejection of the ballot measure was just another petty GOP "gotcha" scheme.

The abortion ballot measure will indeed be on the ballot in November.

The Trump campaign had multiple days in court to determine if this was really true.

Unfortunately, SCOTUS just doesn't agree with you.

The Trump campaign filed DOZENS of challenges and not a single one was found to have any merit.

I don't care how many people vote, as long as they are American citizens registered to vote and they only vote once.
No mail in ballots, except for the elderly, handicapped and current service members.

WI and PA have both had courts rule their elections were unconstitutional......

The governors and state secretaries unilaterally usurped the plenary power of the state legislatures to set voting laws and regulations in violation of both the federal and state Constitutions.

Having significant voter support is the purpose for requiring a designated number of signatures on the petition to put the item on the ballot. States already do this.

No state or federal court found any constitutional violations in the 2020 election. It is just whining by those who can't accept losing and need a scapegoat to blame it on.
