LMAO... yeah... you do realize that no one has suggested that Zimmerman didn't kill him. She is saying he is guilty of murder. Not that he is guilty of killing him. There is a difference. But thank you again for displaying the level of histrionics and sensationalism we all have come to expect from our liberal friends on this board.

The gun didn't 'go off'. It was deliberately fired. You want to split hairs on whether to call the deliberate firing of the gun and killing him 'murder', 'killing', 'manslaughter', etc., etc. That's what the court's going to do after sifting through all the evidence, then come up with a verdict. Either way, the kid's dead and the kid didn't do anything wrong. The rest of whatever is revealed doesn't change that.

LOL... again, I understand that Zimmerman fired the gun deliberately. I understand that he killed Martin. Again... NO ONE is disputing that.

They charged him with Murder 2... that is what they have to prove at this point (unless they offer him a plea down to manslaughter). Darla thinks he is guilty of Murder. That is the point of contention I have with her. What exactly do I have to do to further spell that out for you liberals so that you may grasp that very basic concept?

Wacko's comments are what I first thought as well. But like Wacko, as more information started coming out, I decided it was best to wait for the information to all come out. You on the other hand got stuck with the initial reaction many of us had. You are correct, it isn't rocket science, it is you sticking with your initial reaction despite the continued release of new information. That is why you say 'there is no way it was self defense'.

I think Cawacko still feels the same way he just doesn't like the hassle. He's like that. I still feel the same way. The new information, I guess you must mean the "I'm not guility it was the victim's fault!" defense? Yeah, that' never happens. I don't know why that hasn't swayed me. I'm a difficult bitch that way.

It's all the facts anyone ever needed. If he had stayed in his fucking car instead of acting like, at best, a punk, a 17 yo gets to have a life. You know, like me and you got. End. Of. Story.

Ummmmm, where did I mention African Americans ("blacks") in my post? No, my dear, I do not hate anyone, especially not African Americans - hell, I dated one for several months and despite our political differences, we got along great. I also greatly respect Darla, Don, USCitizen, and many other liberals on this site. Which leads me to my second point: I do not hate liberals. Rather, I hate hypocrisy on both sides of the aisle. And when I see liberals frothing at the mouth at the prospect of Zimmerman getting the death penalty (not on this forum, but elsewhere), what do you expect me to say? Let's call a spade a spade.

i remember when many on the left used the video of zimmerman's booking to "prove" he had no injuries. now...we find out he did in fact suffer injuries.

for those of you quick to condemn....wait until we know more. to convict someone before a trial is a mockery of our justice system.

and this is what I am talking about... It turns out he was out of his car while he was talking to the police. You again seem to fail to comprehend what a neighborhood watch does. They walk around the neighborhood, if they see someone they think is suspicious (you can certainly question his judgement on that) they call it in to police and they follow them so they can tell police where they are located. So the question is, did he continue following him after the police told him to stop or not? Zimmerman claims he was walking back to his car and that is when Martin questioned Zimmerman as to why he was following him... Martin starts a fight and Zimmerman ends up shooting him in self defense. Or was it that Zimmerman lied, kept following Martin, Martin felt threatened, questioned Zimmerman, then defended himself from what he thought was a threat... during which Zimmerman shot and killed Martin.

You don't know. You don't care. All you care about is stomping your foot and shouting that it is murder. Which is my point. You don't care about the facts. You are pissed (rightfully so) that a teenager was killed. All else doesn't matter to you. I understand your reaction, but do not agree with the premise of guilty until proven innocent. That is the part you don't seem to comprehend.

Side note... the fact that you continue calling Zimmerman 'mentally disturbed' a 'punk' etc... just proves that you are letting your emotions dictate your response rather than reason.

And this is what it will boil down to. There are a few witnesses who weren't impressed with the police's efforts to get them to change their accounts of the incident, but more than likely, the case may hinge on Zimmerman's statements.

And that could be a problem, because Zimmerman has already lied under oath. I believe the state will paint Zimmerman as a liar.
