That's not possible. Period. Cawacko even said something very similar when this first happened. This really is not an unfathomable position. Your histrionics have just made it seem so.

so to you: Waiting for the facts of the case to be revealed = histrionics

One of us has certainly displayed histrionics on this thread... it just isn't who you think it is.

My initial take when this event occured was that Zimmerman was a wanna-be mall cop who followed Martin in his car which led to a confrontation which led to Martin dying. Had Zimmerman not followed Martin this incident never would have occured.

I have barely commented on this issue since because so much info has been coming out piece mail that I recognize I don't know all that occured and I don't know/understand the Florida law under which Zimmerman can/has been charged so I will wait until the trial and all the info is released. Throw in the fact that this has been a passionate/heated issue and people arguing have started getting personal at times I'm staying out (for the most part).

Yes as far as stand your ground goes, I don't know if he can be convicted either. But your first paragraph is where I have always been and still am. He's guilty straight up to me. Whether he can be convicted is an all together different question, but he'll always be a stone cold murderer in my book.

Ah, cause he killed him, now it just needs to be determined if he was within the law doing so, but he is guilty of killing Trayvon.

He is guilty of killing him, who else did it? Trayvon shoot himself? It is just to be determined if it was self defense or manslaughter. Zimmerman has never denied killing Trayvon.

I'm not afraid of that Hater. He has shown himself to be a very envious man who will never accept his lot in life that he is not worthy of being from Ohio.

Sf has a hard time with logic. And he's got men too scared to disagree with him. Personally I think it's because they read his posts about gang tackling, holding down, and forcibly chopping the hair off a crying kids head...I guess it is up to you, me, and Christie to keep him in line.
