Garland's refusal to indict Trump may be worse than Trump's crime.

Trump cannot escape these crimes. Those he gave orders to steal a truckload of classified documents will likely not lie under oath for him. Trump's crimes were too blatant and he compounded it all by lying to the FBI and hiding documents.

Again. It all depends on what he has. We have a good idea what trump cherry picked, as the buyers told him what to grab.

Classification of documents is always in a state of flux. When they were investigating Clinton, she was discussing issues via email that were not classified at the time, but they were later.

Yes. Refusal to comply with the FBI is the issue, but he kept documents in the desk he used on a daily basis. He knew what he had, and he knew he shouldn't have them.
Whereas we cannot prove that trump 'took' them, we know that he did.

What we also need to know is what Saudi Arabia paid $2 billion for.

The law regarding classified documents requires more than just possession. It requires intent. Failing to turn over when asked would imply intent. Turning over the minute they are found and claiming an accident makes it hard to prove intent.

Trump's biggest problem is his refusal to comply with a subpoena asking for the documents and possibly ordering someone to move them so they wouldn't be found during a search. If Trump had turned them over when asked there would be no legal peril for him.

Wrong. Here's an example I witnessed personally. While on the USS Enterprise (E Division, EE-30) a junior sailor in M Division took a Reactor Plant Manual (RPM) home to study for qualification. Those manuals are classified. He showed it to no one, his only intention was to get qualified as quickly as possible, so his intentions were not only benign, but good. He was caught bringing the manual back on the ship. He was court martialed.

Intent has ZERO to do with it. Possession of classified material outside of where it is controlled and supposed to be is in and of itself a crime.

And trump will never spend a day in jail. He'll buy his way out. He'll pay a fine, nothing more. I'm tired of being Charlie Brown with Lucy's football. Trump's committed so many obvious crimes that you or I would have been in jail years ago for.

Not against people of limited means and influence. The only Capitol rioters not currently in jail are the politicians and wealthy Nazis who incited them. I'm talking about Flynn, Bannon, Trump, Meadows, and the congressmen who gave the rioters tours of the Capitol to "case" it prior to 1/6.

Correct. It’s not because the world’s scientists don’t have any knowledge. Many just make wildly false predictions .
Climate change is false because there isn’t one region of earth that’s had a change in its Köppen Climate classification in at least 1,000 years. And that’s conservative.
