Fox says Flynn will testify Rump ordered him to break the law!

Flynn by talking to the Russian government in an effort to affect their foreign policy.

Rump by soliciting Flynn to speak with the Russian Government in an effort to affect their foreign policy.

Did Flynn plead guilty to that underlying crime? If not why not? Why didn't Mueller get Flynn to plead guilty to a violation of the Logan Act?

Again... are you suggesting that the President Elect doesn't have the right to contact foreign governments and discuss policy?

He can discuss policy, he cannot try to get them to do anything. Are you saying the president elect is above the law?

No Jarud.. I am saying he had a right to discuss policy. He had a right to have Flynn meet with them.

The lying about the meetings, that I do have a problem with.

You need to demonstrate that the law was broken Jarod. No one is above the law.

He does not have the right to tell Flynn to ask Russians to hold back on a reaction to sanctions... which is what Flynn is saying. Remember they likely have audio of these calls. That would be a crime.

Sorry, not buying that. The incoming President has a right to discuss policy and to set relations. I think you are stretching quite a bit to put this under the logan act.
