and most bushies got off scot free, just like most obamies, is because the establishment is not going to start prosecuting their own for fear that they would get caught up in it as well.

1. I criticized Hillary for having a private server.

2. I pointed out that Hillary's emails were classified after the fact, just as Powell said about his own.

It's two different issues.

Obama said numerous times "I can't do this and I can't do that, I'm not the Emperor" or words to that affect....yet he went right ahead and did this and that by proclamation,......

The Congress can't overrule him......

so I agree that the Republican Congress did cede their legislative power to him by doing nothing....but then again, I don't know what they could have done barring impeachment....

they don't have he balls to try that again with this Senate....so I don't understand exactly what 'baloney' you're talking about.....

Also, I never understood why, the SCOTUS, being an equal part of government, don't step in themselves when any president oversteps their authority and slap him down....

And you're still wrong.....the content of the emails is whats important, not 'markings' on them.....especially when they purposely bypass any government scrutiny that makes it impossible to label as classified, secret, top secret, etc.....

#2 is a completely irrelevant argument. It doesn't matter whether it was marked classified at the time or not and she knows it. You are being suckered

sure Chrispie.....the emails the IG isn't even allowed to look at weren't classified until someone came along and said "oh, these should be classified"........one thing that can be said in favor of the attack on Benghazi, it can be used forever to identify Dumbocrats who are so fervent about politics that they should not only be prohibited from voting, but they should also be prohibited from driving.........

Some were indeed classified after the fact. Some were classified, taken from the classified server, transferred to the other server and then sent to Clinton after removing the classifications from the titles.

I will too. So if it was born classified for Hillary, it was born classified for Powell and Rice. Which is exactly the point of the thread.

Powell received 2 classified emails during his tenure.....2
Powell had a gov. address and a personal address, one for business, one for private use.
It reasonable to conclude that the someone that sent him 2 messages using the personal one was an inadvertent mistake...Powell wouldn't even know the emails were classified until he received them.....

Rice, herself, didn't use email....her aides did, emails in the grand sum of 10 were classified and she would not know they were classified until they got to her....

Hillary both received and sent classified during her tenure numbering in the thousands....so far
Hillary had no gov. address to conduct her government business....her doing
Hillary bypassed gov. scrutiny for ALL emails sent and received so no gov. classification could possibly be attached.....

Do we have to draw you picture ?
