Former Pentagon Advisor Says US Likely Attacked Nord Stream to Isolate Germany

Less than 48 hours before Putin invaded Ukraine, Hawkeye and the thread author were also writing on this board that Putin would never invade Ukraine.

Why do they hate America so much?

The CIA would not use Navy assets, they would use their own. We now have 20 years of experience with the CIA operating as a secret military force, they always have as little to do with the military as possible. When the CIA asked my wife (USA) to help them in Iraq the ask was notable in how unusual it was.

Liar.....I said at least a week out that China had clearly approved the operation, before that I said that it was unlikely.

Nobody is right all the time, that is the domain of the Gods.

Says the sociopathic liar. Run along asswhipe. You're a clueless wonder dunce.

Why weren't you at 1/6, TD? No spine left in your old age? Nuts shriveled to raisins so all you can do is rant from the safety of your Geezer Home shared room?

I dont think that Russia has the bandwidth to occupy Ukraine without China's assistance over the long haul, but I think you are right, as much as CHina does not want to do it they would help Russia if NATO pushed into Ukraine. I believe there is a quote from the Russians that Ukraine being a part of NATO is simply not going to be allowed to happen. China certainly signed off on that.

Douglas Abbott Macgregor (born January 4, 1953) is a retired U.S. Army Colonel and government official, and an author, consultant, and television commentator.

In 2020, President Donald Trump proposed Macgregor as ambassador to Germany, but the Senate blocked the nomination. On November 11, 2020, a Pentagon spokesperson announced that Macgregor had been hired to serve as Senior Advisor to the Acting Secretary of Defense, a post he held for less than three months.

After Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, Macgregor appeared on three Fox News programs to speak in support of Russia's actions. Russian state television broadcast excerpts of Macgregor's appearances, which included a characterization of Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy as a "puppet," that Russian forces had been "too gentle" in the early days of the invasion and that Russian president Vladimir Putin was being "demonized" by the United States and NATO. Macgregor said he believed Russia should be allowed to seize whatever parts of Ukraine it wanted

He is a regular on Tucker Carlson Tonight, and has been on Tucker Carlson Today.

He has been right a high percentage of the time...which is the test.

In 2014, after Russia annexed Crimea and was engaged in a conflict with Ukraine over its eastern parts, Macgregor appeared on Russian state-owned network RT where he called for the annexation of the Donbas and said residents of the region "are in fact Russians, not Ukrainians, and at the same time, you have Ukrainians in the west and in the north, who are not Russians.

It was damaged in fairly shallow waters where it is easier to repair. It could have been Russia in an attempt to destabilize Europe. And point a finger at the US or Ukraine. Russia was going to shut of Nord Stream l and Nord Stream ll wasn't delivering product yet. So the economic loss to Russia was relatively small and the destabilization of Europe was big.

We cant rule out the Ukrainians. If this can be concluded that sure would put the Europeans in an tough spot....the people they are suffering for fucking them over.
