This thread is a chest-beater about who has handled containing the spread better. It blew up, and is now incredibly wrong. While NY followed all recommendations and now has the lowest spread in the nation, FL is considered the current epicenter for COVID.
Not really disputable. One state did it right, one state did it wrong. Proof is in the pudding.
